Our Refund, Delivery, Return and Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy:

  • Customers can receive a refund if the product is damaged during delivery or has defects
  • Customers can receive a refund full refund if they are not happy with the product (clients are responsible for paying return shipping).
  • Clients must request a refund in writing within 14 days of receiving the product

Delivery Policy:

US customers

  • Customers are notified within four business days of when our product is received and inventoried into our main location
  • Goods are shipped from our office location in the Chicago Illinois
  • Goods are shipped within five days of receiving payment in full for the product and shipping fee’s

International customers

  • Customers are notified within four business days of when our product is received and inventoried into our main location
  • Goods are shipped from our main location in Chicago Illinois or China (varies, based on location of customer)
  • Goods are shipped within five hours of receiving payment in full for the product and shipping fee’s

Return Policy:

  • Customers can return products and receive a full refund if they are not happy with the product (clients are responsible for paying return shipping).
  • Clients must request a refund in writing within 14 days of receiving the product

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel orders paid in full within 30 days to receive a full refund
  • Customers purchasing using a payment plan have seven days to cancel their order to receive a full refund, after seven days the first payment is non-refundable.
  • Clients can cancel with-in 60 days and receive a full refund minus the initial deposit
